Please read these terms carefully before registering or using the pu99 platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pu99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pu99 online gaming platform, accessible at https://pu99.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services. These Terms apply to all players registered on the pu99 platform, including players based in Bangladesh and any jurisdiction in which pu99 services are accessed.
By accessing the pu99 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pu99 platform. pu99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below wherever they appear in these Terms and Conditions.
Player Eligibility
Access to the pu99 platform and participation in any gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Player's use of the platform.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. pu99 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will verify age as part of account registration and ongoing KYC procedures. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be immediately closed and any Real Money Balance will be returned.
- You must register using your own identity and your own payment methods. You must not register or operate an Account on behalf of another person or using another person's payment details.
- Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on pu99. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated bonuses forfeited. If you have previously been self-excluded or had an Account closed by pu99, you may not register a new Account without prior written approval from pu99 support.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order either on pu99 or on any other gaming platform if such exclusion extends to the pu99 platform. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must contact pu99 support before attempting to reactivate any Account.
- You must access and use the pu99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure.
Account Registration and Verification
To access real-money gaming on pu99, Players must complete the registration process and pass any applicable KYC verification steps requested by pu99. Registration requires the following information and the Player warrants that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
- A valid Bangladesh mobile number (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, or Airtel) that belongs to and is operated by the registering Player. This number serves as the primary account identifier and is required for verification communications.
- Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document. pu99 reserves the right to request a copy of such identification at any time as part of its KYC process.
- Date of birth confirming the Player is at least 21 years of age. pu99 may at any time request documentary proof of age (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) and may suspend the Account pending verification.
- A secure password of sufficient complexity as defined in the registration interface. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must not share their password with any third party under any circumstances.
- Explicit confirmation that the Player has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that they are at least 21 years of age, and that they are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.
pu99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time without prior notice if pu99 reasonably believes that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or if the Player has breached any provision of these Terms. In such cases, pu99 will return any undisputed Real Money Balance to the Player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding liabilities.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
pu99 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via integrated local payment partners. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the pu99 platform.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction. pu99 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawals to a different payment method require KYC completion and may be subject to additional review periods.
- Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts transacting via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak BPL season periods or public holidays in Bangladesh.
- Players must ensure that payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals are registered in their own name and match the identity information on the pu99 Account. Third-party payments — where the sender or recipient of funds is not the registered Account holder — are not permitted and will result in Account suspension.
- pu99 is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing attributable to the Player's mobile financial service provider, bank, or network conditions. If a deposit does not credit to a Player's Account within 30 minutes, the Player should contact pu99 support with the transaction reference number.
- pu99 applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all financial transactions. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger a review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held. pu99 will communicate with affected Players via their registered mobile number and will endeavour to resolve any review within 5 business days.
All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. pu99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Where a Player's mobile financial service account is denominated in a currency other than BDT (unusual but possible for some bank-linked accounts), the Player's financial institution will apply the applicable exchange rate and pu99 will receive and credit only the BDT equivalent received.
Bonuses and Promotions
pu99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
- Bonuses are issued to one Account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinating wagers with other Players to eliminate risk, or exploiting software errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
- pu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of the change, provided the Player continues to comply with the applicable bonus terms.
- Seasonal promotions timed around BPL cricket, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and IPL are subject to their own specific promotional terms published at the time of each campaign. General bonus terms in this Section 5 apply as a baseline where specific promotional terms are silent.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the specified game title only and must be used within the expiry period stated in the promotional terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated for that promotion.
Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct
All games available on pu99 are governed by the rules of their respective providers. pu99 does not modify game mathematics, paylines, or RTP configurations from the provider-certified defaults. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering.
- All bets placed on pu99 are final once confirmed by the platform. Players may not cancel, reverse, or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. In the case of sports betting markets, bets placed before a match is suspended or cancelled will be subject to the void-bet rules specified in the relevant market rules.
- In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record. pu99 will endeavour to credit or debit the correct outcome to the Player's Account within 24 hours of receiving a support report. Bets cannot be voided solely on the basis of a Player's local device or connection failure.
- Maximum bet limits may apply to certain game titles and are displayed within the game interface. Players who are subject to bonus wagering requirements must comply with the maximum bet limit stated in the applicable bonus terms; bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Obvious errors in odds, game payouts, or displayed bonus amounts (including typographical errors, system feed errors, or mis-priced markets) do not constitute a valid bet or a valid claim to winnings. pu99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price and will return the staked amount to the Player's Account.
- Cricket betting markets on pu99 — including BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, T20 World Cup, and ICC events — are governed by the specific sports betting rules displayed in the relevant market. Match abandonment, super-overs, and DLS-method outcomes are handled per the market rules for each event type.
pu99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet placed by any Player, and to restrict access to specific game titles or betting markets at its sole discretion. Such limitations may be applied to individual Accounts without prior notice where pu99 identifies patterns of play that present undue risk to the platform.
Responsible Gaming
pu99 is committed to responsible gaming and provides tools to help Players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered Players and may also be applied by pu99 on a Player's Account where pu99 identifies indicators of problem gambling.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 7 days to prevent impulsive decisions during a losing run.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration per login. When the session limit is reached, the Player will be logged out automatically and will receive a session-end notification.
- Time-Out: Players may request a temporary account time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the Account is suspended and the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Time-out requests take effect within 1 hour of submission.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling has become problematic may request permanent self-exclusion from pu99 by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, the Player's Real Money Balance will be returned to their verified payment method.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pu99 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below will have their Account suspended or permanently closed and any balance or pending withdrawals may be forfeited pending investigation.
- Fraudulent activity of any kind, including chargebacks via bKash, Nagad, or bank channels after receiving gaming credit, submitting false identity documentation during KYC, or using a payment account belonging to another person.
- Collusion between Players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live casino games, sharing betting signals in sports markets, or any other form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players.
- Use of any software, tool, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to automate play, predict outcomes, or gain an unfair informational advantage in any game or betting market available on pu99.
- Any attempt to exploit software bugs, display errors, or misconfigured game parameters for financial gain. Players who discover a technical error that results in an apparent advantage must stop playing and report it to support immediately. Any winnings arising from a known technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Money laundering or any attempt to use the pu99 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds of illicit origin. pu99 complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the pu99 platform — including but not limited to the platform design, user interface, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional imagery, written content, and software — is owned by or licensed to pu99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content on the platform.
Game titles available on pu99 are the intellectual property of their respective providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). pu99 accesses these titles under provider licence agreements. Players may not record, stream, broadcast, or otherwise reproduce game sessions in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of pu99 or its game providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pu99 limits its liability to Players as follows. Nothing in this section shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- pu99 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including losses caused by technical failures, disconnections, or third-party payment processing delays outside pu99's reasonable control.
- pu99's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum of ৳50,000.
- pu99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that all game titles will be available at all times, or that the platform will be free from errors or viruses. pu99 will endeavour to maintain platform availability but planned and unplanned maintenance periods may occur.
- pu99 is not responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties that may be payable by a Player in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction as a result of winnings or withdrawals from the platform. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations in their country of residence.
Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact
pu99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, pu99 will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or within the platform interface at least 7 days before the change takes effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pu99's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising between a Player and pu99 that cannot be resolved informally through pu99 customer support should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. pu99 will endeavour to respond to formal disputes within 10 business days. Players retain any rights available to them under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
